These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using the Buzz2Call mobile and web applications, as well as any related services (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Service Overview
Buzz2Call provides a call-forwarding solution for residents and administrators of apartments and condominiums, enabling configuration of buzzer systems and related functionalities.

3. Registration and Account Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our Service.

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

  • Use the Service for any illegal activities.

  • Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's security, integrity, or functionality.

5. Fees and Payments

• Subscription Plans: Some features of the Service may be available through a paid subscription. Pricing details are provided at the point of purchase.

• Billing and Payment: Payments are handled via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Buzz2Call and its payment processor to charge applicable fees.

• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly provided in these Terms.

6. Modifications to the Service
Buzz2Call reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

7. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using available account management features.

• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, etc.) are owned by Buzz2Call or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzz2Call, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
